Lear has always been committed to innovation. However, the newly formalized open innovation program’s pipeline was stuck, and the company wanted better results. Lear sought a strategic partner to customize an operating model, including these core elements critical to success; strategy, systems, organization, and communication. Alongside program enhancements, Vectorform also supported welcoming the company’s first CTO to help to lead the charge in launching Lear Innovation Ventures (LIV).
