Vectorform Announces Additional Leadership Roles to Support its Growth in Product Development and Key Practice Areas

Vectorform announced last week two critical role transitions to support its Movement Practice and Design team. Continuing with its celebration of people, Vectorform is pleased to announce additional leadership and management-level roles to ensure its clients continue to receive the Vectorform standard of delivery and experiences.

The following organizational transitions will allow Vectorform to continue pushing what’s possible in 2021 and beyond.

 Leadership team transitions:

Woody Floyd: Managing Director, Digital Product Development & Life Practice Lead – Floyd has been with Vectorform for 14 years, most recently as Managing Director and Seattle office leader. His rare blend of broad technical exposure, user experience focus, and process-driven personality allows him to bridge the gap from business requirements with project stakeholders to execution strategy with product teams. In this new role, Floyd will be responsible for the growth and performance of Vectorform’s design and engineering teams – directing engagement and delivery on key innovation, technology adoption, and new product incubation initiatives. In this capacity, he will also serve as the Life Practice Lead, an evolution of his role as IOT Practice Lead for these past several years.

Claire Lizear: Director of People – Lizear joined Vectorform in early 2021, bringing over 11 years of HR experience to Vectorform. In this newly developed role, Lizear will be responsible to develop and drive a strong, collaborative, and supportive people strategy that further expands on Vectorform’s career growth and experience paths. Her main focus areas will include corporate culture, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and strategic sourcing.

Josh Parmenter: Engineering Director, Mobile – Parmenter has been with Vectorform for nearly 9 years as a mobile developer and team lead. In this role, Parmenter will help to focus and grow Vectorform’s IoT offering and streamlined development approaches for delivery teams. He will also continue to work on native mobile development and new technologies to expand what is possible in terms of mobile development, connected devices and emerging technologies. Parmenter has a unique background and ability to blend technology and art into a combined masterpiece.

Jeff Meador: Throughout his 10 years at Vectorform, Meador has led a wide range of talented developers in order to bring numerous innovative experiences to life. In this role, Meador will work to grow and deliver Emerging Technology solutions to Vectorform’s largest clients. He will have a heavy focus on leading teams working with Immersive Technologies, Hardware, and AI while also continuing to turn buzzwords into a reality. His unique experience and leadership will continue to allow Vectorform to help change the way people experience the world.
