She has honed these skills during a career that spans strategic marketing, brand development, and intensive leadership experience in the innovation space for companies ranging from mid-size to Fortune 250 – 500. A proven team-oriented leader, she is motivated by people and driven to deliver results for her clients.
As Energy Practice Lead, Rhonda is responsible for designing globally scalable, customized solutions that fit customers’ innovation needs–whether through digital adoption or workflow improvements. It’s a tall order in the energy industry, which is being reshaped by renewable energy, smart vehicles/homes/cities, system modernization, and a growing demand from digital consumers for personalized, seamless experiences. Rhonda had a front-row view into this fast-changing world while embedded at a Fortune 250 Electric & Gas Utility company, where she served as Senior Program Manager implementing innovation initiatives for the client. During her tenure, she proved that “closing the innovation-execution gap” is much more than a company slogan. She and her team executed an innovative marketing strategy and process improvements that not only increased innovation engagement, but also achieved 6x faster speed-to-delivery and over $600M of identified lifetime value in operational efficiencies. Rhonda was accountable for the planning and execution of these innovation initiatives, leading technical and design teams, guiding client executive stakeholders, and executive marketing communications for the program.
Rhonda is quick to credit Vectorform’s team of inventors for consistently delivering innovative technology solutions that solve real-world challenges. She works closely with colleagues across Strategic Consultancy, Digital Product Development, Operations, and Business Development teams to ensure outstanding user experiences and best-in-class solution design. Throughout her work leading innovation programs in the energy space, Rhonda also often leans on her extensive Fortune 500 marketing background. For example, she has lead the strategy, execution, and launch of clients’ new innovation brands across all messaging platforms and channels to drive outsized results and prior to Vectorform spent six years leading global marketing efforts for a Fortune 500 Workforce Solutions company.
Rhonda is generous with her time and talents, and quick to engage with community and professional associations. She serves on the Advisory Board of the Michigan Council of Women in Technology and is also on the Board of Directors of Angel’s Place, a non-profit that provides loving homes and professional support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Michigan State University.
